Depending on position, the set also includes NOCSAE-certified shoulder pads or a goalie chest protector:For field players (non-goalies): STX or Maverik NOCSAE-certified shoulder pads (meeting ND200 standards for chest protection, including commotio cordis safeguards)—providing balanced impact absorption, mobility, and a secure fit.For goalies: A NOCSAE-certified goalie chest protector from STX (e.g., Shield series) or Maverik (e.g., MX or Max EKG models)—featuring advanced chest/heart protection, floating plates for flexibility, and removable pads for customizable comfort against shots.
